This Abstract Art Exhibition project has been done for the assignment of Group Project module for my masters course at Bournemouth University. The aim of the module is to collaborate with students of different departments in order to produce a 3D generated short video showcase. For this project, a total of 7 students from MA 3D Animation, MS Digital Effects and MSc Computer Animation & Visual Effects departments have been worked during the course of 6 weeks.
Project involves a shooting at the local art gallery for the background, modelling of the abstract art object and different zones located on the base object, a flocking simulation of a school of fishes, animation of an eagle and a deer made of cardboards as well as procedural shader writing for different materials and surfaces.
The project has been done using Houdini, Maya and Nuke.
